4Motion specialises in delivering dynamic, fast flowing yoga and movement classes that develop strength, flexibility and body control, leaving you feeling energised.

Cafe Yoga 


Stretch, flex and nourish. We run a series of 3-hour workshops to indulge in yoga and meditation practice, followed by a wholesome social lunch.

Yoga means union and that is why these sessions focus on creating a social environment where people meet and have nourishment after the yoga work and meditation is complete.

The next Cafe Yoga workshop is on Saturday 11 March, 12-3pm.
