4Motion specialises in delivering dynamic, fast flowing yoga and movement classes that develop strength, flexibility and body control, leaving you feeling energised.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga fused with Hatha. We use flowing sequences with inversion moves, rather than holding postures, working on your core strength. This is a more challenging yoga class for people with previous yoga experience.
